At Voylla, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn items. Simply ensure the products remain in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Voylla account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack the Item

  Securely place the jewelry in its original branded box along with the invoice and all certificates of authenticity to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Voylla credits within 7 business days.
